4. License and Permitted Uses

You may:

While you may use this AI-generated content for your business purposes, Aymosha retains the right to use similar AI systems to generate comparable content for other users.

DMCA Compliance: If you believe your copyright-protected work has been used on our platform without authorization, please submit a notice containing the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent.

6. User Content

Aymosha takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other User posts, publishes, or distributes through our Service. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

License to Process User Content: You grant Aymosha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving our Services to you, such as generating mockups, enhancing images, or creating social media content based on your uploads.

7. Payment and Refunds

Our order process is conducted securely. Since our Site offers digital products, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our Site.

However, we understand exceptional circumstances can occur. Therefore, we may honor refund requests for the following reasons:

• Non-delivery: If you do not receive the product due to delivery issues. Claims must be submitted within 14 days from the order date.
• Download issues: If you experience technical problems while downloading the product. Claims must be submitted within 14 days.
